After subscribing, you'll receive a confirmation email with your subscription code. Open the FamilyCompass app, go to Settings → Subscription, and enter your code. Your premium features will be activated immediately.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties. If you cancel, you'll retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use Stripe for payment processing, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified (the highest banking security standard). We never store your payment information on our servers.
What happens if I don't subscribe?
You can continue using FamilyCompass for free with GPS tracking (6 members) and calendar integration. However, you won't have access to messaging, family dashboards, health tracking, meal planning, and other premium features that enable your health optimisation and biomarker tracking, and life cycle care like baby care, work and life balance optimization and elderly support.
